As a service to our clients, we offer Care Credit as a payment option for approved accounts.  Please follow this link to Care Credit for specific information and an application form.  Please note that we currently offer the "Six month with no interest" option for balances over $200.00 on accounts which have been approved by Care Credit. 
There are no application fees or set-up fees, and as long as the balance is paid in full by six months, there are also no interest fees on the approved amount.
