                     Note:

     Review this information carefully.  Remember, these regulations only apply to PDA-sponsored fairs (i.e. county/local fairs) and any individual fair can impose more stringent/additional rules if they choose. These requirements are only for animals exhibited at the 115 county and community fairs receiving funding from the Commonwealth.

      These requirements are recommended, but are not required, for any local, county and district 4-H and FFA exhibitions that are not held in conjunction with a fair receiving funding from the state.  Also, there are 6 events held at the Farm Show Complex at which BAHDS has input on the Animal Health requirements. They are the Pennsylvania Farm Show, AADS, KILE, the State Junior Dairy Show, The State 4-H Horse Show and the Fall Holstein Show. Each of these events has requirements specific for the individual event.
